National Meetings

First Interview's National Meetings offer our members the opportunity to get together and network in a fun, relaxing and educational setting. We have consistently found great locations to host our meetings giving attendees new exciting experiences in top cities around the country.

Our annual meetings are structured to allow you to "meet the voice" on the other end of the phone and increase your ability to network together. Meetings are also designed to keep you abreast of the changes in our constantly evolving industry.

The national meeting is kicked off with our annual awards dinner where the previous year’s accomplishments are recognized and celebrated. Awards for affiliates and recruiters reaching goals and milestones are handed out after a relaxing dinner. 

Roundtable discussions and guest speakers allow members to exchange ideas and solutions to common problems. Member driven discussion groups offer an opportunity to see how others are managing the day to day as well as tackling the challenges that face the industry.

Social functions offer all those in attendance the opportunity to let their hair down, loosen their tie and have some fun with partners both old and new. From Beach Olympics to a Round-Up BBQ, we have plenty of social time to let attendees relax and enjoy themselves. 

In short, First Interview is in the business of developing relationships and while we can assist our affiliates in successfully developing client relationships, we also use the National Meeting to develop relationships between our members. Our strength is the caliber of recruiters that make up the network, many of whom have been working together for 15 years or more.
