A PATH TO REVENUEOperate your office your way, but add to it the power of hundred of network recruiters to help place candidates in jobs.
Splits Without Fear
Your Splits. Protected by Policy. Backed by 47 Years of Governance. Every First Interview affiliate signs and operates under our comprehensive Policies & Procedures — a governing document that protects your candidates, your clients, and your fees. No handshake deals. No ambiguity. If a split goes sideways, there's a clear process run by a board of your peers. This is the infrastructure that independent recruiters need and that most solo split arrangements never have.
Your business, Your Way
At First Interview we don't try to change the way you do business, but we simply offer structure and an even playing field when doing split business.
Regardless if you are one-man shop or have many desks — if you are doing split placements then you need to belong to a network. In the world of split placements, you never know what you're going to get with the partner you are working with. Unless you have a long standing relationship with that partner you may end up being left out in the cold with no recourse. The biggest fears of doing split placements are having that person not pay you for your work or steal you clients or candidates right out from under you. Why would anyone want to do business with that fear hanging over their head?
Feel free to learn more about the opportunities that First Interview can open for you and your firm by checking out some of the other areas on the site. When you are ready fill out the application and we will get back in touch with you to discuss more about the network and see if we can make this a win-win for everyone.
Why First Interview?
Not all networks are built the same.- Unlike generalist networks, our 1,000+ affiliates all work in sales and marketing — meaning your split partners speak your language.
- Unlike technology-first platforms, we pair our proprietary tools with real relationship-building: national meetings, introductions, and a community with 14+ average years of shared history.
- Unlike open-membership directories, every First Interview affiliate is reviewed and approved by a rotating board of your peers.
