Q: Do I need to have a recruiter to register with First Interview?

A: NO - First Interview offers you all the tools you will need to search and apply for open positions online. In addition, we offer you the ability to contact the recruiter that posted the positions you have applied for directly. So, you can do your own research and take your job search into your own hands.

Q: Why should I pay for this site when others are free?

A: First Interview offers a unique approach that differs from the traditional job boards. First Interview is a network of independent recruiters, we do not offer pay per posting as most job boards do.  In addition, First Interviews members are amongst the finest in the industry, so the jobs you find are actual positions and not just a lead to collect resumes.

Q: Can my current employer find my profile?

A: NO - we do not offer access to hiring managers, HR departments or employers of any type. First Interview’s membership consists of top recruiting firms only.

Q: Can I find a recruiter to work with on First Interview?

A: YES - if you are looking for a recruiter, you can contact us and we will help to find a recruiter in your area of expertise.

Q: What types of jobs are posted on First Interview?

A: First Interview specializes in Sales and Marketing Jobs in a variety of specialties such as Medical, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer, Business to Business, Industrial, IT, Telecom and Services.

Q: Do I have to have a current resume to register on First Interview?

A: YES - we require you to submit a current resume with your profile.  The more information you have with your profile, the better off you will be when our members are searching the database.
